SNT Community forums are completely supported by peer forum members and are available to the general public at no cost. Forums are not directly affiliated with QualNet or Exata Technical Support. Technical support is available for purchase through our sales department at sales@scalable-networks.com.

Support Policy & Reward System

SNT Technical Support is only responsible for providing and maintaining the forum platform for user interaction. Our Technical Support department also provides courtesy responses to selected unanswered questions posted on the forum. The response time varies between 3-7 calendar days with preference being given to users who have higher reward points. The reward system works as follows:

  • 1 reward point is awarded for each answer/comment to another user's post
  • User with less than 2 reward points ~ 5 business day response
  • User with greater than 2 reward points ~ 3 business day response

We encourage users to actively participate in discussions started by other users.
