Scalable Network Technologies Signs Nippon Telematique Incorporated as a Distributor for QualNet Software in Japan

CULVER CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 6, 2003--Scalable Network Technologies, Inc. (SNT), the developer of QualNet software, announced today that it has signed a distribution agreement with Nippon Telematique Incorporated (NTI) of Tokyo, Japan. NTI is a joint venture of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone (NTT) and ITOCHU, two of the top 20 companies on the Fortune Magazine Global 500 List in 2002. NTI plans to sell SNT's QualNet software to the telecommunications industry in Japan and establish services in that region.
